Meeting Conduct Policy

Homeowners will be expected to follow the Sunset Ridge Homeowner Code of Conduct when participating in any official Sunset Ridge meeting.

Meeting Notification Policy

Sunset Ridge Homeowners will be notified of meetings prior to the meeting date either via electronic mail or the U.S. Post.  An agenda (if available) will be sent prior to the meeting with these reminders. 

If the agenda is not available at the time of the mailing, it will be available either on the website or at the meeting in accordance with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA).
