Meeting Conduct

In an effort to maintain order and decorum at open Board meetings, the BOD has established the following policies for homeowner participation: 

• Homeowner Forum will be limited to 30 minutes.
  

• Each homeowner will be limited to 3 minutes to present his/her issue.
  

• Homeowners interested in speaking on a topic are requested to submit their names to the board@sunsetridgehoa.com with the topic of concern prior to the meeting.
  

• Homeowners who wish to speak on a topic will be required to sign in prior to the meeting.
  

• Every effort will be made to provide pro and con representation of each issue.
  

Homeowners will be expected to follow the Sunset Ridge Homeowner Code of Conduct when participating in any Sunset Ridge meeting.  The Board members have adopted the following Code of Conduct while serving the community.

Mtg Minutes Publishing Criteria

Board of Directors Meeting Minutes will be published on the website based on the following criteria*:

1)  Minutes are approved by the BOD as soon as possible or at the next scheduled BOD meeting

2)  Only approved minutes by the BOD will be published to Sunset Ridge homeowners

*Please note that according to Colorado Revised Statutes, 38-33.3-209.4(2)(h), the Sunset Ridge Association is required to disclose minutes from meetings held the previous fiscal year within 90 days of the end of that fiscal year.
