Total HOA dues to be paid quarterly is $111.20

• $94.50 for dues
  

• $16.70 for property management fee
  

HOA dues will be invoiced and collected on a quarterly basis with the following due dates:

• February 1st, 2010 ($112.70 because of inflationary increase in January 2010 that was not collected in November 2009 dues)
  

• May 1st, 2010
  

• August 1st, 2010
  

• November 1st, 2010
