Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for approval of any improvements to a property or any portion of the property.  Improvement to a property is defined in the Sunset Ridge Covenants under Article VI, Section 6.2.

Members of the Design Review Committee (DRC) include:

Approved DRC Requests

The DRC Process

• Submit Design Review Form with details of "improvement" to property management company (CMS)
  

• CMS will forward request to DRC for review
  

• DRC or its duly authorized representative may inspect homeowner property prior to proposed improvement commences
  

• DRC will make decision regarding improvement request within 30 days after receipt of materials
  

• DRC will inform homeowner of said decision
  

• If request is approved, design form will be posted on website for homeowner review
  

• Homeowners will be allowed 10 days to appeal design request
  

• If homeowner(s) appeal request, DRC will review appeal and approve or disapprove request accordingly
  

• Upon completion of improvement, homeowner shall provide written notice to DRC
  

• DRC may inspect improvement after completion to ensure compliance with original approved request
