Describe violation noted in Sunset Ridge. Document homeowner's name and/or address who committed the violation. If the details you have provided are too vague, you will be asked to provide additional information in writing. If you have photographs which corroborate your complaint, please send them to the Property Management Company.
Anonymous complaints will not be read or considered. The accused neighbor has the right to know who has made the complaint and to a hearing before the Board of Directors. Please be 100% sure of the information before submitting it.
