ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE!!

Homeowners, please note that on May 7 Evergreen Metropolitan District discovered a failed 8” water valve at the intersection of Snowdrop & Buttercup.

The repairs are scheduled to begin Monday, May 21. The road will be closed on Tuesday, May22 for about 9 hours, starting at 9:00 a.m.

Metro is investigating this valve failure with the manufacturer & further repairs have not be ruled out at this time. Sunset Ridge HOA will not have to pay for these repairs, except in inconvenience. Thank you for your patience during the closure.
