The Sunset Ridge Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation setup to oversee management of Sunset Ridge.  Sunset Ridge is a sub-division located in Evergreen, Colorado. The corporation is governed by a board of directors elected by the homeowners.

SUNSET RIDGE SURVEY RESULTS

Attached are the latest Survey Monkey Results regarding questions on making Sunset Ridge a gated community, an online garage sale, No Soliciting signs, etc.

DEER KILL IN SUNSET RIDGE

A deer's carcass was found in the gully between Snowdrop Rd and Bittersweet Ln this week.  Based on a neighbor's description to the Wildlife Department, they determined that it was most probably either a mountain lion or a bear which made the kill.  They asked that homeowners with pets who live in the area to be made aware of the situation.
