The Sunset Ridge Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation setup to oversee management of Sunset Ridge. Sunset Ridge is a sub-division located in Evergreen, Colorado. The corporation is governed by a board of directors elected by the homeowners.
BOARD MEETING
The 2011 Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, November 10 at 7 p.m. in the Kittredge Bible Community Church. Thanks to the homeowners who attended or sent proxies. The draft meeting minutes will be published shortly.
PLEASE NOTE: 2012 dues have been increased by $10 a month. This was announced at the 2010 annual meeting and was approved at the 2011 annual meeting. Invoices will be sent in December and June. The first semester's invoices (Jan-June) will be for $280.92 and will be sent by CAP approximately 12/16/11. The due date for the first semester payment is 1/10/12.
PLEASE DO NOT use the coupon books, as they have the wrong amount due. You will receive an invoice in the mail from CAP. Thanks & cheers.
